Jacobean Flower...

I have pieced this Jacobean Flower using hand dyed wools.

I then embellished this piece with hand embroidery, glass beads and crystals.

Always use glass beads to embellish, as plastic beads could melt

when you press your project with an iron.

Parts of this design have been appliqued by overlapping

and parts have been pieced to fit perfectly without

overlapping.
