Punch Needle Paisley...

Balls of Pearl (Perle) Cotton Floss

There is something about seeing a grouping of Pearl Cotton balls...
Oh, the possibilities !

Hand Embroidery, Quilting, Applique,
Crochet, Punch Needle, Embellishment, Crazy Quilting

I decided to punch needle one of my Paisley Designs...

I reduced the design size for my punch needle project.

I like using the Pearl Cotton Balls, because it is so simple...
thread your punch needle and go...
no "coming to the end" of your floss before you finish the area you are working on and no rethreading until you want to change colors !

Finished size of Punch Needle project ...  6.5in. x 5.5in. (16.51cm x 13.97cm)

This Paisley Design is available
to Applique, Punch Needle, Rug Hook or Hand Embroider.

Happy Stitching  ;)

  1. Beautiful. I love the color combinations. I have struggled with punch needle, not yet having mastered the even loops :)

  3. So pretty! I've used crochet cotton to punch with before - will have to try the perle cotton with it's wonderful sheen!

  5. Cute paisley design. I've considered hooking a rug with a paisley shape or shapes but haven't drawn it out. I've so many rug designs to hook as it is that I surely don't need to make up any more.
