'The Night Shift' Punchneedle Design...

Three Frosty snowmen 'out and about'
on a snowy night...

I used Valdani Perle Cotton in #M91, (Black Night),
for the night sky on this Punchneedle Design.

I love the movement and texture it gives
to the background with no extra effort on my part.

No changing colors or figuring out shading.
Just thread your punch needle and punch away...
the texture and shading just happens !
(This is one of the many reasons I love Valdani threads !)

The Night Shift Punchneedle Pattern - Design size 9.5in. x 6in.
(24.13cm x 15.24cm)

I used Valdani Perle Cotton in #M49 (Subtle Elegance),
for the snowmen bodies.
It offered beautiful subtle shading in creamy white,
that was perfect for creating
that "round effect" for the bodies.

These frosty fellows are available in my Studio now,
just in time to punch for the upcoming snowy days.

Filled with personality and warm hearts. ;)

Enjoy this beautiful day...
Rose

  11. I so enjoy seeing your handy work..you do such a beautiful job. I'm curious how long this project took you to complete? Can particular project this be done by a beginner level punch crafter?

  12. Hi Teresa...
"The Night Shift" took me about a week and a half to complete, but only because I had to tear out the background and make a change.
Usually a week will complete a Punch Needle project of this size.
Punch Needle is fun and very easy to learn. I encourage you to give it a try. ;)
