Winter Pine Punchneedle Design...

A single pine branch holds a
beautiful, richly colored pine cone.

I loved punching this pine cone
using Valdani Perle Cotton.

In thread colors...
Coffee Roast - Chocolate Brownies
Dark Antique Golds - Bronze
Ebony Almond
(Just the thread colors alone sound yummy !)

I really like the wispy clusters of pine needles
in contrast to the chunky textured pine cone.

The background is punched in a beautiful
creamy 'aged' white thread
called Subtle Elegance.

Winter Pine measures approximately
9in. x 7.75 in.
(22.86cm x 19.69cm)

This punchneedle pattern is available
in my Studio.

Have a wonderful day...
Rose

  6. When my dad retired in the 70's he took up stuff I never would of imagined. Macrame and hooked rugs! I think I have the Christmas ones he made, I need to get them out and make some frames.
