  2. What a lovely give a way. I am thankful that this year I came across your blog and got to see your work and enjoy seeing all of the colors of wool that you come up with. I am already a follower of your blog. I have so many things to be thankful for today, but I think that it would be that I have been given the chance to see how when life looked the darkest, God had a plan and He let me see how great things would work out. I don't think I could have said that last year at this time. Thank you for entering me in your wonderful giveaway.

  6. I'm thankful that God is faithful and merciful and loves each and every one of us even though we don't deserve it. I'm thankful for the many blessings He has given us and especially throughout this last year during my DH's recovery from a fall from a 10' ladder and a shattered ankle that was badly infected from surgery. I'm thankful for family and friends and all their prayers and help during this difficult time.

  8. I'm thankful for my son. His dad and I divorced when he was two and his dad hasn't been much of a father over the years. In May he finishes grad school. He works full time at a hospital and will have an MBA in health care with a very high GPA. He's a great kid, with a wonderful sense of humor and a kind heart - he's always been a hard worker. I'm so fortunate to have as my son. Thank you for the chance to win a wonderful giveaway. Going back to trying punchneedle work is on my list of things to do in 2014!

  10. A generous giveaway! This year I have so many things to be thankful for ~ a new, healthy grandson, a job (after over a year of unemployment) and my family. And in particular, I am so thankful that I was not scheduled to work Thursday and will be able to spend Thanksgiving with my family this year. I feel so bad for my co-workers who are scheduled to work Thursday (in retail).

  12. Rose, I found your blog through Cathy G.'s blog and am now a follower. That Button Snowman on the right side is adorable.
This Thanksgiving is bittersweet to me. Last year, for the first time in years my eldest brother joined the group of sisters here for Thanksgiving dinner. We lost him in February this year to complications of diabetes. A special prayer will go out to him this year.

  15. Hello Rose,
A super giveaway as we come into the season of giving! I am thankful for the time & effort you & all designers put into beautiful patterns for us to recreate. You certainly don't get rich selling threads, yet you pour so much of yourself into furthering this timeless art. My needlework is helping me through some difficult days & my orders from you do put a smile on my face! I am also thankful for all of the stitcher/cyber friends that share our love of the needle.
Happy Thanksgiving to all of us!! --- Kathy

Nature is always beautiful, family, friends, loved ones, and generous folks such as yourself that offer to give to those whom you have never met. Kindness is a gift indeed. It doesn't matter if I win or not, just wanted you to know you are something to be thankful for too.

  42. I am thankful that my husband, son, and I were able to buy a Thanksgiving meal for our neighbors that are having a hard time. We wanted to remain anonymous so we left everything at their back door and knocked and ran. We could hear their excitement as we were briskly walking away. We haven't always had the ability to do something like this and are grateful that we could today. :)

His input to my projects is most helpful. Secondly, I'm grateful for a Mom who taught me to sew and stitch. I've never stopped since she taught me at a very young age. Happy Thanksgiving to all. May your blessings flow.
