In Search Of Comfort, Color and Warmth...

(My absolute favorite - Raspberries and Blackberries)

Comfort ~ Color ~ Warmth

(A plate of heaven ;)

French Toast with fresh
Red Raspberries and Blackberries
topped with a drizzle of Strawberry syrup !

~ Comfort food ~

Fresh colorful flowers from the greenhouse...
a breath of Spring !

Cheerful colors to 'shoo' away the winter blahs ;)

Positioned on a bed of icy snow,
a sweet gum 'ball'
from a Sweet Gum Tree.
(Our snowy white lawn is filled
with these spiky balls !)

Warmth ??
None in sight !

Wishing you comfort, color and warmth ;)

  2. The pictures are delightful and I also like the taste of both berries. If it weren't for the beads/seeds I'd buy them more often, so usually bring home blueberries and strawberries instead. Maybe I don't eat them properly.

  3. Wow! Those pics are all so gorgeous, Rose! Beautiful! Thanks for the bits of spring, too, since we seem to be forever in the single digits here! :o( And I don't think I've mentioned before, but your header collage is so lovely......delicate and whimsical.....your stitching is a delight! Thanks!

  4. I love all of your colors. It is funny how we just crave color. I was trying to do some counted cross stitch today, and I just wanted to do the reds.
I hope it does warm up soon.

  5. Mmmm... all of those natural and vivid colors brightened up this snow covered day so much! :-) Just looking at them gives me energy! My favorite burst of color continues to be the pic of all of those pearl cottons in the egg carton... you should make notecards with that on it...
