A Curl And A Wisp...

I am having so much fun punching this design...
It is warm and light hearted,
(enough to make me forget about all the snow and ice !)

Packed with color to welcome Spring...
a curl here and a wisp there.
Bold and soft at the same time.

With Valdani colors, like...
Midnight Navy ~ Tealish Blue ~ Pond Ripple
(reminds me of summer evenings ;)

Now to choose a background color !

Wishing you a relaxing evening
and a few quiet moments to stitch.
Rose

  3. Dear Rose, my question of the day is rather odd but why is Pennsylvania so large? If we were closer I would love to study with you! Your work is so lovely. Years ago I purchased a punch needle set from a lovely lady at a craft/sewing expo. I have never been able to get the hang of it. Now with your blog for inspiration I thought I would give it another go. I have misplaced the kit but I know it is in the studio somewhere. I am a quilter now mostly but your projects totally inspire. If this snow ever melts maybe my brain block will melt with it! Thank you for sharing and inspiring. Praying for a melt!

  7. You have such an eye for color.....punch faster!!! Lol. To the earlier poster....I learned punch needle specifically to be able to work Rose's patterns. It does take some practice but don't give up...you'll get the hang of it!!!!
