Creative license to add whatever 
fancies your imagination...
like leaves and pussy willows,
spilling over the edges.

Blanket stitching the punch needle
onto a yummy piece of striped wool
in gorgeous muted shades.

A glass beaded edging in dusty shades
to compliment the flowers in 'The Windowbox'.

The Windowbox Pillow is my
handmade offering for February.
The pillow measures 12 in. x 12in.


~  ~  ~  ~

The Windowbox design is punched using
Petite Velvet, Valdani Variegated Perle Cotton
and DMC.  It is embellished with hand embroidery...
Colonial Knots, Fly stitch and a back stitch.
The Wool pillow is finished with 
a Czech glass beaded edge in dusty shades
that compliment the flowers.
