Strawberry Season

Picked and ate my fair share of strawberries...




Dark Sweet Cherries from Cherry Hill Orchard, Lancaster PA

Now, it's Cherries.
We picked 20.6 pounds over the weekend,
at Cherry Hill Orchards in Lancaster, PA
We only have a handful left !
(Obviously, need to pick more)

  2. Very interesting plant. Never saw thorns on backs of leaves! I hope they all fall off before you harvest those stems!

    Is your Pumpkin-on-a-Stick planted in the ground? Or does it reside in a big pot?

      Thanks for you kind words !
      The ‘Pumpkin On A Stick’ is planted in the ground. I have planted several of them. They are about 3 feet tall right now. Very interesting plants !

    What a fun day you must of had at the beach - love the photo!!
    Fresh strawberries...we wanted to go picking them this year but never made it. Don't know that my back would hold up bending all that time but it might be worth the hurt lol
