I'm not sure my eyes would let me work so small, but this is tempting. :)Lana Manishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03984967027046436970noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8244872392651279790.post-73133777786993727262016-02-09T10:16:45.968-05:002016-02-09T10:16:45.968-05:00I've seen this piece on other blogs and was in...I've seen this piece on other blogs and was in awe.
Wow, what a challenge your threads are beautiful.
Glad you will be sharing your progress.
Cheryl Rhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11308133120156260213noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8244872392651279790.post-64883549665876678902016-02-09T10:16:21.459-05:002016-02-09T10:16:21.459-05:00I've seen this piece on other blogs and was in...I've seen this piece on other blogs and was in awe.
Wow, what a challenge your threads are beautiful.
Glad you will be sharing your progress.
Cheryl Rhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11308133120156260213noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8244872392651279790.post-71372822531929127952016-02-09T08:16:42.376-05:002016-02-09T08:16:42.376-05:00Those threads are beautiful. Some stitch the entire border first...others stitch one page at a time...others work across from side to side. Might be weird, but I love to see the huge variety among stitchers in methods, supplies, etc. I started my love of needle & thread in 1963 when I stitched a shoe shine cloth on burlap with lime green yarn for my dad in Vacation Bible School. We stitched a couple flowers on the front & then stitched a piece of muslin on the back. Very primitive..nothing hemmed & probably scratched the heck out of his shoes!!! Oh my....so funny. Thanks for going down memory lane with me!!!Katkenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09992808637918606403noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8244872392651279790.post-78095837295837798052016-02-08T10:25:00.701-05:002016-02-08T10:25:00.701-05:00I love seeing your progress. I listen to a book on tape, (North and South by Elisabeth Gaskill) and I feel like I am on a retreat. I do love seeing all of your wonderful colors all together in your sewing basket. It is so nice seeing your work. Farm Girlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00998621464797636686noreply@blogger.com
