Pumpkin on a Stick

This is what my 'Pumpkin on a Stick'
looks like now !

Pumpkin on a Stick

Gorgeous deep orange 'pumpkins' !

Pumpkin on a Stick

My 'Pumpkin on a Stick' plants
are now about 3 feet tall.

Rustic, old birdhouse !

A VERY rustic, old birdhouse
in the garden.
As long as the roof doesn't leak,
it's good !

Enjoy your day, my friends...

    1. The Pumpkin on a Stick is indeed edible. It is often used in Asian stirfry.
It is slightly bitter. I won't be trying that, but I do plan to strip the leaves, cut the stems at the base, and allow them to dry.

  5. Interesting plants! Never heard of a 'pumpkin on a stick'! LOVE the roof of the birdhouse, the angles the way they are cut in is fantastic. Have saved a reference photo for when it cools off I'm going to try to make one or two in my little garage wood shop! :)

  8. As always great pictures. That little bird mouth is great.
The pumpkins look like tomatoes we had.
We finally got rain today but not enough to stop the drought and damage to crops.
    Blessings
