Autumn's Glory Wool Pillow...

Brilliant Fall Leaves...
I made this pillow from soft 100% wool fabric.
Although it looks like the leaves are overlapping, they aren't.
Rather, they are cut and pieced to fit perfectly together.
By piecing this way, you avoid the lumps and bumps that occur with overlapping.

The pillow edge is trimmed using a Beaded Blanket Stitch in shades of mustard, caramel and bronze.

The Autumn's Glory Wool Pillow
measures approximately 16in. round (40.64cm)

    1. Hi Regan
I was once working on a chicken that had a couple dozen feathers to applique. I had a mess on my hands until I realized I needed to cut and piece all the feathers, like I did this pillow.
Much nicer on the eye !
