Snowflakes And New Employees...

Snow is in the forcast for tonight...
but, we are getting a jump on it
and creating our own 

snowflakes here...

Serious creative work going on !

And, we surely know how to

do GLITTER !

(The more glitter, the better)

We started with
clothes pins from the dollar store...

removed all the springs...

(I'm still thinking about what 

I can do with these !)

positioned the clothes pins 'just so'

and secured them with a glue gun.
(I did this before the Grands arrived.)

We like to hang these snowflakes

 from windows and cabinet knobs.

My two newest workers

at Three Sheep Studio...

always willing to take packages

to the post office, with Grammy.

Good hard workers, as long 

as you 'pay them' their weight in snacks !

is being attached to a piece of black and white wool.

Getting ready to become a pillow...

This is my last pillow for the 

(Lititz Artisans' Porchwalk)

on Sept 28th and 29th.

The pattern for 

('Summer Garden') punch needle 
is in the Studio, for those that would like 
to make it themselves.

Design measures 9 in. x 7.25 in.

and can be 'finished' in many different ways.

We had a gorgeous Autumn weekend

and couldn't resist going to the 

farm in Landisville, PA for pumpkins.

July came and went...

Wool Flowers With Hand Embroidery...

Snippets of pastel wools

pieced into flowers 
on black and white houndstooth wool.

Embellished with tiny glass beads

and a touch of hand embroidery.

I'm taking a little time to get back to my roots...

with some free hand embroidery.

I love anything black and white,
so this wool makes a great background.

Witchy, Scratchy, Snarly Little Plants...

Last month, while at the greenhouse,

my eyes spied this...

We picked 20.6 pounds over the weekend,
at Cherry Hill Orchards in Lancaster, PA

We only have a handful left !
