A New Release And A Wedding...

I have been dividing my time between
strawberry picking,
two new pattern releases
and wedding preparations
for my #2 daughter.

No easy task !  But, it has been very fun ;)
(I mean, who doesn't like wedding dress shopping
and eating lunch out at all the new places,
several times a week ??!)

Bumble Bee Crazy Quilt Block

I love the charm and beauty of Crazy Quilts.
So, I thought it would be fun to create
a line of Punchneedle Crazy Quilt blocks.

Sunflower Crazy Quilt Block

Both these new Punchneedle Patterns
have been sent to my distributors
and should be available next week.

How gorgeous is this church ?
This is the church my daughter and
her wonderful fiance' have chosen to
be married in.

Filled with incredible architecture
and full of history...

All the little details...

and carvings.

  7. This surely is a busy time of year for most of us. Wouldn't have it any other way. Planning a wedding is such a wonderful life event, best of luck to all of you. The church is amazing. Thankfully it has survived. So many of the building in this area have been desanctified and have fallen in disrepair. Just as many have been repurposed as art studios, apartments, restaurants. The photos show great design potential, don't they. Love your crazy quilt designs.

  8. Such a beautiful church with such history. Goodness you're going to be one busy mama. Your new crazy quilt designs are delightful and enjoyed seeing them all done after the tease you gave us previously.
