ReplyDeleteGrateful for everyday the Lord gives me and the extra special blessing of spending that time with my 86 year old Mom. She doesn't craft anymore but she loves to see what I'm up to and we talk about the old days when she was teaching me what she knew. Bless you too Rose.
ReplyDeleteMy family, smaller each year, is the greatest blessing in my life. This time of year reminds me of all the great times we have had and the memories of those passed on and how they contributed. My husband's Grandmother was our pie baker. I try but mine will never be as good!

ReplyDeleteTomorrow will be 8 years since my husband's bone marrow transplant I am thankful everyday for his brother who was a perfect match and the Dr's that saved his life.

I am grateful to have my husband by my side for 47 years! He has never let me down, even when he brings me to a favorite quilt or wool shop and knows he will probably be waiting at least a couple of hours or more outside, he never complains!
